1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Inquiry data: name, company, country, email, phone/WhatsApp, product interest, quantity and message — provided by you when submitting the inquiry form.
• Newsletter data: email address — provided only with your explicit marketing consent.
• Analytics data: anonymized usage statistics (Google Analytics 4), loaded only after you consent via the cookie banner.
• Attribution data: UTM parameters and referring page, used solely to understand which channel your inquiry came from.

3. How we use your data

• Inquiry data is used to respond to your request and prepare quotations.
• Newsletter data is used to send marketing emails you explicitly opted in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

4. Cookies and consent

Marketing and analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept all" in the consent banner. "Necessary only" keeps them disabled. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

5. Third-party processors

• Google Analytics (statistics, consent-based)
• Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, bot protection)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)

6. Your rights

7. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business record-keeping. TODO: confirm retention periods.
